Our state-of-the-art health and wellness center provides excellent cross-training benefits with both strength training and cardiovascular equipment including treadmills and elliptical machines with personal flat screen TVs.  We have a complete range of CYBEX equipment that is linked to FitLinxx and our trainers provides every member with a one-on-one orientation and a specialized FitLinxx wellness program.
