and community. We host BBQs and have annual functions like
our Community Support Campaign, Healthy Kids Day and YMCA
America on the Move.

March 27 - Care Giving 101- 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Presented by Christina Irving, Family Consultant, MSW from the Family Caregiver’s Alliance. If you are caring for a friend or relative, know someone who is, or you are planning for the future, this is the lecture for you. Topics covered will include;
- Self care
- Understanding dementia
- Resources for you as a caregiver

April 12th- Healthy Kids Day- 10:00 am-2:00 pm
Bring your family for fun, interactive activities. You will learn how to keep your family healthy in spirit, mind and body.
Plan your summer by learning about and signing up for exciting YMCA camps. Choose from traditional day camps, family camps and more. We have the right camp for you.
This year's event is being held at JLS Middle School, 480 East Meadow, Palo Alto

A presentation hosted by Council on Aging Silicon Valley and Fair Housing Law Project. Learn how to protect yourself from predatory mortgage loans and other scams. Learn about refinance loans and reverse mortgages.
