We are opening up shortened Swim Club sessions for the weekday Jr. Ducks, Ducks, and Advanced Ducks programs. Our swim club program focuses on encouraging healthy lifestyles, goal setting, and fun through swimming. For more information please check out our website. |
Mid Season Swim Club Enrollment Sessions:
October 18 - November 21

Jr.
Ducks Swim Club
For kids 5-18 with
a minimum of Starfish or Minnow experience. Children
work on building technique and endurance with the racing
strokes, freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
They are introduced to the format of a swim team, including
circle swimming, introduction to lap swimming equipment,
timing and turns.
Ducks Swim
Club
For kids 5-18 with
a minimum of Fish level experience, the
YMCA
Youth Swim Club introduces youth to the sport of competitive
swimming. The Club focuses on personal best and team
sportsmanship
rather than competition. Practices focus on endurance,
fitness and stroke development.
Each season includes practices, a swim meet, a community
service project, socials and stroke development programs.
A calendar is given out at first practice. |
Advanced Ducks (Coach Recommendation):
Will focus on competitive swimming techniques while still encouraging a healthy lifestyle. They will participate in drills that will focus on faster starts and turns and more efficient stroke techniques.
Adult
Swim Club - Masters Swim Level 3
Join us for a 1000-2000 yard conditioning
and/or stroke refinement workout. The fundamentals of
freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke are prerequisites
for the club. (Fitness Pool) |
