Youth Fitness Programs

Our youth programs follow the YMCA four core values, caring, honesty, respect & responsibility. Class goals enhance fitness, coordination and socialization in a safe fun environment. Focus is on gross and fine motor skills, balance, strength and flexibility.  We use a variety of equipment including balls, parachutes, mats, bean bags and hula hoops. We provide classes for youth ages 6 months to 12 years old. Some of our youth activities may include movement to music, dance, gymnastics, martial arts and yoga. Come and experience the world of youth fitness at the Palo Alto Family YMCA
