->Citizen Schools

Citizen Schools at McKinley Institute of Technology is a part of a national network of apprenticeship programs that connects youth with adult volunteers in hands on learning experiences, where students develop academic and leadership skills. Youth have the opportunity to apprentice with lawyers, web designers, architects, to name a few, culminating their learning by arguing trials, designing web sites, organizing public events, publishing newspapers, and much more.
