Our equipment is easy to use and can be adjusted to accommodate all fitness levels. Our helpful and friendly staff is always available to lend their support and expertise. Regular physical activity for older adults can help maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints, making it easier to do daily activities like walking. It can also improve energy levels and help with the prevention of chronic diseases like coronary heart disease and obesity, chronic disease risk factors like high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and disabling conditions like osteoporosis and arthritis.
